Question: How do I get my tickets?
Answer: When you make a reservation through our website, our experienced activity agents receive your information via a secure portal. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. We then process your order, confirming the event with the vendors and issue your tickets which you receive in a second email. In many cases, we will follow up with you for quality control to double check that the dates and times are what you had wanted. If you make a reservation after hours, between 7 pm and 7 am Hawaiian time, your tickets will be processed and emailed once we open.
Question: What is the Cancellation Policy?
Answer: We know things change and our clients need to make last-minute changes occasionally. Our standard policy for cancellations is 48 hours. You can change, reschedule, or cancel any existing reservation up until 48 hours prior to the event start time free of charge, the only exceptions are tours involving inter-island airfare such as Pearl Harbor tours. You will not be charged to make a change to a reservation or to cancel. Inside 48 hours, we will work for you, we will do our best to help you if you need to cancel a reservation, but can not guarantee a full refund from the vendor, these issues are handled on a case by case basis. Cancellations due to illness may require a doctor’s note to be eligible for a refund. All refunds are processed immediately and a copy of your credit will be emailed for convenience.
Question: What is the Lowest Price Guarantee?
Answer: Maui Tickets For Less guarantees that you will receive the lowest prices possible two ways. If you find a lower price before you purchase we will match it, if you find a lower price after your purchase, we will refund the difference back to you. There is a lot of competitive pricing in the world of Maui activities, make sure you get the best rate by booking with us. We regularly scout the competition to get our prices as low as possible and we negotiate with our vendors to get upgrades for you as well. If you find a lower price within seven days of your purchase, you can redeem the lowest price guarantee by taking a picture of a lower price and emailing us at email@example.com.
Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We are a local Maui business, locally owned and operated at 505 Front Street in Historic Lahaina Town. We are open 7 days a week 7 am to 7 pm Hawaiian time. We staff multiple activity agents daily to answer calls, questions, and to process orders. You may stop by our office anytime for additional tickets, to get additional information, or to handle anything you require.
Question: Are there hidden fees or strings attached to the discounts?
Answer: Absolutely not. All of our charges are transparent and you are not being charged any service fees as they would at the hotel concierge desk. When you book activities at your hotel you are paying for the expense of the real estate, in many cases, they charge the full retail price PLUS additional booking fees. That’s outrageous. We offer 20-30 percent off those prices and the convenience of having your tickets on your smartphone your whole trip, no paper, no mess. For helicopter tours, there will be fuel surcharges and for ocean activities, there will be harbor fees, but those are also discounted. We do not work with any timeshare companies.
Question: What is the best price guarantee?
Answer: Our competition hates us. Literally. They offer a “Best Price Guarantee” but don’t advertise the lowest rates. If you book with Expedia and pay 20 dollars extra before you see our prices, now you’ve gotta go back to Expedia, show them our price and then wait for a refund. We don’t just have a Best Price Guarantee, we actually advertise the lowest possible rates, to do this we regularly negotiate lower rates with our vendors and scout our competitors to make sure we are offering the most competitive price to you, the customer.

Answer: Don’t worry! You don’t have to be able to swim to be able to snorkel. That’s right, snorkeling is easier than swimming. Humans are very buoyant in salt-water and the snorkeling equipment makes us even more buoyant. Furthermore, you will be provided with flotation devices to make you feel even safer.
