Important Trail Ride Guidelines

• No children under 7 are allowed.
• No expecting mothers.
• Weight limit: 230 pounds.
• Long pants and closed-toed shoes are required.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum notice of 72 hours is necessary to request a refund unless accompanied by a medical note from a local doctor. Guests who do not show up for their Activities will be charged the full amount. However, cancellations due to weather conditions by Circle M Ranch will be eligible for a 100% refund.

Tips for a Comfortable Ride

• West Side Riders: Do not enter the GPS until you have passed through the Pali. The route to reach Circle M Ranch is through Central Maui. Avoid the North end of the Island due to its narrow and windy road.
• Wear long pants and closed-toed shoes for a comfortable ride. Blue jeans and running shoes are ideal choices.
