Our daughters had a wonderful ride at Ironwood Ranch. The girls had a lovely semi-private ride, and we stayed behind to walk around the gorgeous property. We picked fresh fruit off the many citrus trees! It was a wonderful morning.
If you’re going horseback riding in Maui this is the only company to work with. They treat their horses with the utmost care. Their ranch is gorgeous and the crew is the best.
Depending on the ride you chose you will go through the lush plantations that were formerly pineapple groves. The ocean vistas are breathtaking. The horses are treated with great care. All are named after celebrities so you can say you’ve ridden a rock ⭐️.
If you’re looking for something to do other than snorkeling check Ironwood Ranch.
Horses come first as they should. Well mannered, easy rides, great condition. Nice trails with beautiful views. Excellent service by staff.
This is the most amazing ranch I have ever been to. And I'm from Arizona so I should know. The grounds are clean, very green, and quaint. The ladies who run the place were sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our tour guide was fantastic. I had several questions about where we were riding and our guide answered all of them. We had a long wait before our ride came to get us and they invited us to hang out in their hammocks and pick fruit in their orchard. 100% recommend!
I cannot recommend this place! I do not feel they were professional and over priced for the ride you get. I felt one of guides (?Alissa )quite unprofessional in her demeanor. When I asked what the other trail rides where like in comparison ...she went on and on with such negativity. I felt the information or drama she Divulged was unprofessional. I only wanted to know what the terrain or length of ride other ranches offered. I drove from Wailea so I could have gone to any trail rides because almost all were at least 30 minute drive. I also felt some odd pressure about the tip as another reviewer described. Check around before you decide to ride here. There are at least four other trail rides available on Maui.
